So basically I try to buy a song from Itunes ON MY MAC and since my Mac and Phone use the same Apple ID and Two-Step verification is on, I get a message on my phone with a code and it says to 'enter it the password field on your device'except nothing shows up on my Mac s screen or in my E-mail so where do I put this verification code to so I can confirm it's me and buy this song?

Exit the icloud preferences by clicking the go back Arrow (top left corner of pref. window), it will take you to System Preferences main menu, and then click the right arrow to go back into the icloud preference.
You now should have the ENTER PASSWORD field again instead of just the stupid message with no where to type.
